After having bad experiences with a previous dental office, I felt like a more like an account number with money to give out than a human being. After years of neglecting my dental health from fear and discouraged to return to that office, things turned for the worst.

First, I knew I had to leave that dental office and then I was referred to Dr Mondragón from my brother. When I met him and his friendly staff, they were welcoming and didn't scold me for my lack of dental care. Instead, I can see they cared and wanted to get my teeth where they should be.

My whole life, I was scared to go to the dentist. But Dr. Mondragón and his staff treat you like family and assure no matter what dental issues you may have, they're with you along every step of the way.

Dr. Mondragon and his professional staff are most proficient tending to the needs of his patient’s dental concerns. I have been his patient for over 20 years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. One time he came in on a Sunday to take care of me when I was hit in the mouth by the rail of a surfboard. He is a good guy and knows his trade.

My visits at Dr Mondragon’s office are always great. I’ve had 2 cleanings with Ellie and she is phenomenal! She explains everything thoroughly and gives great at home tips to keep the teeth and gums healthy. The office cleanliness standards are above and beyond, and the timing of visits fits my schedule perfectly. I’ve been seeing Dr Mondragon for over 20 years (as does my ENTIRE family), and I refuse to go elsewhere! The ladies at the desk are also very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mondragon’s office is always very clean and the staff are friendly and polite. For a few years I would be seen by hygienist Susana, but she recently left this office. My recent visit was the first-time seeing hygienist Cher. She was as patient and friendly as the other staff. I know many people do not like going to the dentist, but whether I’m seeing Dr. Mondragón or a hygienist, the visits are always comfortable and a good experience.
